국내 로봇시장은 산업로보트 위주로만 발달되어 있으며, 건설관련 분야의 로봇 개발은 건설공사의 특성 및 노임수준 때문에 극히 초보단계에 있습니다. 최근 경제회복과 함께 인간이 접근하기에 열악하며 유해한 환경에서의 효과적인 현장작업을 수행하기 위하여 일본에서는 건설로보트가 개발되어 사용되기 시작하였습니다. 당사는 국내의 현황을 적극 감안하여 우선 교량 하부 안전 점검용 로봇을 세계최초로 개발하였고, 계속하여 장대터널, 공동구, 하수도, LNG TANK검사 등에 적용할 수 있도록 개량 중입니다.

Multi Antenna GPS

A Multi-Antenna GPS (MAGPS) is one of new instrumentations that are popularly used in field. With using satellite signals, a single GPS receiver links multiple antennas mounted at the monitoring points. In contrast to a conventional GPS, the MAGPS is much more stable, economical and simple to control. MAGPS is highly demanded to monitor the behavior of bridge and dam, slope stability, ground settlement, and lateral displacement of pier.

LASER DEFLECTION

Laser Deflection System uses a laser beam to form the standard line from the transmitter to receiver. When it detects the deflection of structure, the receiver will be moved.

The optical electric receiver counts the deflected beam and transfers the data to the data logger or monitoring PC.

FIBER OPTIC SENSOR

The conventional instruments are highly vulnerable to corrosion and moisture so that these may not be suitable for long-term use.

A Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) is a type of distributed Bragg reflector constructed in a short segment of optical fiber that reflects particular wavelengths of light and transmits all others. FBG sensors are flexible, cost-effective and highly efficient, with a vast range of potential applications in civil engineering. Also, FBG sensors are so durable that they are not corrosive.

EJtech Co., Ltd. has been using the FBG sensor in construction site to establish a reliable monitoring system. Also one of our FBG sensors has been designated to New Excellent Technology No. 575 by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs of South Korea
